Q 5: Is English0905.com safe?

A5: We only save your email for communication purposes. As for payment gateways through the world’s leading companies (such as PayPal, WISE, AliPay, Tribute, ..), we do not store any information. If you are still concerned, you can choose the manual payment method.

Q6: How long will it take for me to receive the files?
A6: For books labeled [instant download], you will receive an email immediately after payment is completed (Only applies to payments via card or PayPal)
For other books, you will receive them within 5 minutes to a few hours if during business hours (7AM – 9PM). After business hours you will receive it as soon as we wake up, our time zone is GMT+7.

Q7: How do you send me the files?
A7: We will send the file to you via Email with the link saved at Google Drive, for online books we will send it to your account.

Q8: Will the files I purchase expire?
A8: No, but we only guarantee your downloads for 30 days. Basically the links are permanent but the warranty is only for 30 days. It is recommended that you download it for storage.

  • An Oxford bookshelf account can be used on 3 devices at a time.
  • What if I delete books on my account? You will not be able to delete it, clicking delete will only delete the book from the device memory.
