Phonics Race is an effective phonics learning program for Ells from kindergarten to lower primary levels. The attractive characters motivate young learners to engage in phonics learning. This program helps the phonics learners practice phonetic patterns in various ways and apply the phonetic patterns to read unknown words in sentences. The interactive app provides streaming audios and additional learning tools for young learners to what they’ve learned in fun ways.

Alphabet & Sounds (Phonics Race level 1)

Learn the phonetic values ??of the sounds of the alphabet, learn how to write each letter correctly, and learn uppercase and lowercase letters. In addition, it allows you to accurately distinguish the sound through the words that contain each sound.

Short vowels (Phonics Race level 2)

Each of the five short vowels is combined with a consonant final sound to learn through rhymes, and the most commonly seen rhymes are selected to solidify the foundation of phonics.

Long vowels (Phonics Race level 3)

Starting with learning ‘Magic e’, we learn the basic concepts of long vowels, and then we are able to sufficiently practice long vowels through combinations of each vowel and ‘Various consonants + Magic e’. We also expanded our understanding of long vowels by covering the five most frequently seen diphthongs and the long vowel sound y.

Two letter sounds (Phonics Race level 4)

To help you grasp the basic concept of double consonants, we presented the 23 most commonly used double consonants grouped by sound and expanded learning so that you can practice the words in simple sentences. In addition, diphthong and R-control vowel sounds are included to enable extensive learning of diphthong letters.
